Welcome to Baylee and Me. To provide the most reliable experience for our athletes and families, we partner with Amazon to fulfill all orders. By leveraging Amazon’s world-class logistics network, we ensure your volleyball gear is delivered quickly and securely.
1. Amazon Prime & "Buy with Prime"
We are proud to offer Buy with Prime on eligible items.

Prime Members: Sign in to your Amazon account during checkout to enjoy FREE fast delivery (typically 1–2 business days) and free returns on eligible items.

Non-Prime Members: You can still enjoy reliable shipping through our standard rates, with all orders fulfilled with the same care at an Amazon fulfillment center.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All shipping times are calculated from the day the order is processed (usually within 24 hours).

3. Order Processing & Tracking

Fulfillment: Orders are automatically sent to an Amazon fulfillment center closest to your location.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our storefront or via the carrier's portal.

Packaging: Because we utilize Amazon MCF, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

We currently do not offer international shipping directly through our website.
5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
We stand by the quality of our gear. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact us at bayleeandme01@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue immediately.
